    I HAVE BEEN NATURAL FOR SEVEN MONTHS. AT FIRST IT HAD BEEN A STRUGGLE. BUT I HAVE FOUND NEW HAIRSTYLES SUCH AS WEARING MY HAIR TWISTED TO THE SIDE. RIGHT NOW I AM MUCH HAPPIER WITH MY NATURAL HAIR BECAUSE IT IS MUCH THICKER AND HEALTHIER. I CO-WASH MY HAIR WHEN I DON’T HAVE TIME TO WASH IR BECAUSE OF MY BUSY SCHEDULE.     Technically I’ve always been natural (never relaxed),. but I did stop constantly using direct heat on my hair starting September 2002. I had a lot of heat damage and don’t consider that “natural” though I never chemically straightened it.

    I got my last relaxer June 2009, then I started getting the Brazilian/Keratin treatment. Got my last one in June 2010, last about 4 months, Bad for my hair. So I have been natural for 10 months. I would Love to try Henna. Thanks.
